We wanted to honor the last day of 2015 with a ceremony so we headed to see Yemaya, Goddess of the Ocean. We wore her colors, blue and white, and we brought her white flowers. As we walked into the waves, we could feel our fears being washed away and we were now ready to fully embrace the new year. We then headed back to the car with our hearts lifted and we opened our cooler bag, raised our mason jars and toasted to a powerful 2016!

While working long hours (10-16) for 13 days straight, as the Production Designer & Art Director on the "Ask Dr. Nandi" Show in Michigan, we were excited to get 2 much needed days off. I decided to surprise Neil and book a luxury getaway in Chicago. Did I mention that I love road trips? So we loaded up our cooler bag with "Power Greens Smoothies", "Avorado Smoothies" and lots of water and we had a blast before returning to work 6 more days straight! That's production. Find your balance.

Every year we are blessed to join my in-laws on a few amazing RV trips. Neil and I rent an RV and load it with tons of fresh live foods. It is truly one of my favorite things to do. Road trip with our Vitamix and a bounty of vibrant health! And when we arrive at our destination, we are greeted by two and sometimes more of the most loving Spirits on the planet. The bonus is that we get to hang out in Neil's parents' RV which we affectionately call "The Four Seasons". WE LOVE YOU Mom & Dad.

We make sure we are fully loaded by bringing our large cooler filled with clean foods. Yes, more veggies. This is the same RV trip to the Redwood Forest National Park.
